The staff has some kinks to work out, they failed at our breakfast orders multiple times, and I still feel like they are finding their rhythm but overall it’s a beautiful lovely place. "Stayed at the property in August 2025: our suite was underwhelming and not particularly comfortable - the lounge area was just an annex which was dark with no views and just had a sofa, desk and a strange second wardrobe.
Given its an old building, the air con (mainly ceiling fans) was insufficient and we struggled in the heat day and night and the room felt dusty.
Location is difficult - a long bumpy road which was inconvenient for touring the island and left our hire car very dirty.
Staff were generally friendly and helpful during the stay, however we had a bad experience with a boat trip which the hotel had arranged and refused to help resolve us being overcharged.
Overall not really worth the money, didn't feel luxurious - better options elsewhere."

From the front desk, allowing us to check in several hours early and even a beautiful upgrade we couldn’t ask her more. The service around the entire hotel is perfect. The rooms are stunning. The backdrop, the view cannot even be described in photos. The breakfast was amazing. You can’t even finish the entire buffet in three or four days. They have an amazing mimosa bar as well as a bloody Mary bar. We had lunch at the beachfront restaurant and it was simply delightful. I don’t know what more I could say, but if you are headed to Cala Galdana, this is the only place to stay. It is worth every penny."
