"The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view. The bed was quite uncomfortable as it was a sofa bed and an extra pillow per person would be needed as only one pillow each was given and the mattress was quite hard but slept well overall. "I've stayed in this hostel for 2 nights while visiting Cartagena and had really good time. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city."

I booked this hotel last minute and had a confirmed reservation. After travelling six hours to get there, I tried calling multiple times (over five attempts) for directions—no answer. Finally, just 10 minutes away, someone picked up only to tell me they don’t accept one-night stays, despite my confirmed booking. No apology, no effort to help, and zero regard for the inconvenience caused. This is not how a professional company should treat guests."

"We had a fabulous time at Jamie’s property. The apartment is great, the views are stunning. We know Monte Verdi well and you will not be disappointed. Jamie was a great host and responded to any queries quickly. Previous comments mentioned early morning noise. We had a bit too but that is only to be expected due to the intense heat during the day and the difficulty working in that, it did not spoil our time there. Great to be back and hope to return soon.
