"What a lovely holiday. The pools were clean and always managed to get a seat. The food was mostly nice - a few hit and miss. The special restaurant was awful though. Would not recommend going to it. Stay with the normal restaurant. The room was lovely and big. The view was great. Overall was a lovely holiday just let down by the restaurant and some of the food. Entertainment was great too."

"We had a very good stay overall and would definitely recommend this hotel. Jose at the bar was incredibly attentive and even treated us to complimentary drinks, which was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and it was replenished constantly so it was always fresh. There were just a few minor issues during our stay. The pool towels could only be exchanged between 10:00am and 5:30pm, which was a little inconvenient. When we checked in, Annika offered us a room upgrade at an additional cost, explaining that our original booking did not include a sea view. We decided not to pay the extra, but when we arrived at our room, we found that it already had a sea view, which we found a little confusing. We also booked a shuttle to the airport for four people through reception, again with Annika. At no point were we informed that this would cost more than booking a taxi. When we later returned to confirm the pick-up time, we were told that a taxi would have been the cheaper option, but by then we were unable to cancel the shuttle without incurring a fee. We were disappointed by the lack of information provided. Unfortunately, the shuttle did not arrive on the morning of our departure. However, the reception staff handled the situation exceptionally well, quickly arranging a taxi for us at no extra cost. They resolved the issue efficiently and made what could have been a stressful situation as smooth as possible."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten, ruhigen Lage und ist frisch renoviert (was man teilweise etwas riecht). Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad (leider ohne zusätzliche Türe). Es gibt noch ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC.Etwas schade fanden wir, dass die Beleuchtung draußen gegen 0:30 Uhr aus geht. Es gibt aber noch Licht, welches sich wieder anschalten lässt. Ein Mietwagen ist allerdings empfehlenswert, vor allem, wenn man Einkäufe tätigen will oder zum Strand von Sa Coma möchte. Angereist sind wir mit dem Bus. Zur Unterkunft mussten wir ca. 15 min laufen von der öffentlichen Bushaltestelle aus. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter."

"From the bottom of my heart, MIM did not dissapoint! Brilliant location, clean rooms, selection of great food! Kindest staff including David, Lucia and Luis! Could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend. Would have loved for parking to be onsite but there is plenty of parking locally that is free which is super helpful"

"Ease to check in, room clean and everything we needed. Bathroom was good size. The kettle in room was a good touch for a all inclusive hotel. Terrace was private with 2 sunbeds and table and chairs. Food was good, great selection nothing repeated during our stay. No rush for sunbeds in the morning but it was out of Season. Great location, only thing we struggled with there is no parking but we found a space on road not far away. Had a great time, entertainment was OK. Alcoholic drinks was not that good, apart from the beer but it is local and it feels watered down.."
