"I was blocked in Friday morning by a illegally parked car that didn't leave there registration number plate with office staff, being unable to find which room they were in so they could move their car ,after awakening a staff member we were able to squeeze my car out with minor scratches to my car, NOT VERY HAPPY, "

"This is a pleasant property located in a quiet suburb, handy for reaching the city and not far from local shops.The property seems to have been someone's home, then been sold and possibly being refurbished room by room. Various things are dated and in need of renovation although still comfortably liveable. The main downside is probably the bathroom which has peeling paint, and especially the toilet which has no ventilation, no hand basin and when we went a disgusting toilet brush on the windowsill.The kitchen was modernised and great."

"Yes the host was welcomingThe amenities were comfortable, we did notice there was a leak to the airconditioner in the lounge and a water coming out of the washing machine "

"The apartment appeared fine in photos, After checking in we noticed there were no window blinds on some windows in the bedrooms. It was a little hard to rest with full daylight in bedroom at 4:30am On the first morning, there was a disgusting smell coming from bathroom, drain vent issue. The smell became near unbearable, we were forced spend as much time away from the apartment as possible. I did report this, it was unable to be rectified during our stay.There are a lot of vermin in the appartment, spiders and cockcrouches in the apartment. My wife found some of these in the food prep area. There is aircon in one bed room only. Xmas day was 42 degrees, nights like these it was very uncomfortable to sleep the bedroom. The mattress in the main bed is near end of life. Had to buy a mattress topper, for the bed to stop springs stabbing us in the back. In all the expeirience was extremely underwhelming. "
