"I'm only able to comment on my personal experience. But, I think some of the other reviews may be unkind. This hotel does what it says on the tin. It felt clean, safe, and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The surrounding area isn't fantastic in my opinion but the hotel itself provided a perfect safe haven. The staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful and we loved Tata the hotels rescue dog :)"

I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming and warm."
