The staff were warm, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay, and the resort grounds were beautifully maintained. The variety of included activities was excellent, and the dog-sitting service was particularly impressive and much appreciated.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the overall level of service did not meet expectations for a five-star property. Despite several requests and follow-ups, we were unable to have towels delivered to our room. The breakfast buffet was below standard, offering...

"Cozy, quiet and peaceful. Perfect for being near BF Homes and only 6 minutes walk to SM BF Homes. Great Milk Tea shop right next door. Calming swimming pool. Basic but hearty daily breakfast with proper coffee available! Parking is available which is an advantage."
