"This is an exceptional boutique hotel, simply one of the best stays we have had ever. A lovely property, each room (and we stayed in a couple) is distinct. All modern amenities, beautifully renovated property in Goa-Portugese style gives the feeling of an opulent home. What makes it exceptional is the service - the team are faultless, were there for our every need - need something off the menu? another towel? a pen? print something? arrange a taxi? provide local guidance? eat early? eat late?...

"This place was filthy, particularly the bathroom. The exhaust fan was caked with dirt and the walls and floors needed scrubbed. The linens were frayed and tattered. The stairway was unsafe as the open boards tilted inward. The top of the stairs had a cushioned beam as it was even too small for our 5'6" daughter to clear without injury. I have photos but don't know how to attach. We left early. Do not recommend and Expedia should not be associated. Unsafe."

"The property was well situated as the beach was only 10 mins away. There were plenty of food places and shopping near by. The hotel staff were so attentive and so pleasant. The moment you walked in the lobby reception checked us in so swiftly and explained what amenities were available at the property. Food is good, room services is also good. Only issues is the the mattresses are too thin and hard. Room are spaicous with good size balcony."
