Gîte South Corsica, Cupulatta

Set back from the hustle and bustle of the city but strategically located to discover the most beautiful sites of Corsica, the hamlet of Pévani offers a panoramic view of the sea and the highest peaks of the island. The seaside resort of Tiuccia and the wide beach of Liscia are 15 minutes away, accessible by a pretty, uncrowded seaside road.(pebble beach at 5mn)
Three independent housing for rent each with its entrance and its independent terrace; ground level access, unobstructed views.
In the hamlet (on a closed ground of 6000 m2):
-A house including the apartment owners and 1 accommodation (cottage 'Cuppulata' 5 people max) to rent. The surface of this lodging is of 75 m2 + terrace of 30 m2 = 105 m2. This accommodation is classified 3 ears by 'Gite de France'.

We wanted to preserve the authentic spirit of the hamlet by landscaping the garden around olive trees and old stone structures. Locals on site, we strive to be available and discreet. The strong point of the site is the calm. We have many animals: donkeys, chickens, dogs, cats. For the greatest happiness of the children (and the biggest ones ...).

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus auf tollem Grundstück. Die Kinder haben sich über die vielen lieben Tiere (Hund, Katzen, Esel, Hühner) gefreut. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die letzten 4 km sind nur über eine schmale, kurvige Serpentinenstraße zu befahren… etwas abenteuerlich :) Alles in allem ein super schöner Familienurlaubsort mit schöner Aussicht auf die Bucht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Nette Vermieter und eine phantastische Lage machen den Urlaub zum Genuss! Etwas schwer zu finden, Google Maps ist Pflicht.

Un accueil chaleureux, tant de la part de la propriétaire que des animaux (ânes, chiens, chevaux, chat, chèvres...). Appartement d'une propreté impeccable, très fonctionnel et une merveilleuse vue sur mer.

vue exceptionelle!

La maison est magnifique avec une vue superbe! Nous y avons trouvé le calme et le repos. Les propriétaires sont charmants, toujours prêts à donner des renseignements sur les environs et de plus sont fort discrets! L'endroit donne accès à beaucoup de possibilités de visites et des choses à voir. A chaque soir où nous rentrions nous étions contents de retrouver cet endroit reposant et magnifique. Nous recommanderions certainement cet endroit à nos amis.

Ruhiger Familienurlaub in wunderschöner Natur

Die Unterkunft ist komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht! Der große Garten und die lieben Tiere ( Esel, Hund, Katze und Hühner)erfreuen nicht nur die Kinder. Der Blick auf das Meer und die umgebende Natur ist fantastisch und sorgt für Erholung pur. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, um Ajacchio und die Westküste Korsikas zu entdecken. Und die netten Vermieter helfen mit Rat und Tat, wenn nötig, sind sonst sehr diskret! Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

L''endroit (Pevani, oommune de Calcatoggio) un peu éloigné mais magnifique et très calme avec vue imprenable sur le golfe de Sagone. Accès par une petite route sinieuse. Des animaux domestiques (chien et chats) bien élevés et disciplinés se promènent sur le terrain. Propriétaires sur place, mais charmants, disponibles et discrets. "Propreté exceptionnelle, aucun bruit, pas de route à proximité ni avions en basse altitude, environnement dans la nature très belle avec peu de constructions et une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Sagonne et Cargèse. Equipement électro-ménager et mobilier complet et efficace. Accès aisé. Les animaux domestiques (chien et chats) très disciplinés ; sont interdits d'accès dans l'appartement et ne vont pas sur la terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas.Une semaine de rêve, dans un home de rêve et une région de rêve. Je vous conseille d'essayer. André F."

"Superbe endroit sauvage ...

"Superbe endroit sauvage loin des grandes villes mais seulement à 20mn d'Ajaccio. A conseiller à ceux qui fuient les séjours style "clubs de vacances" où l'on passe ses journées à danser et cuire à la plage ou au bord de la piscine. La plage n'est pas loin et la région invite à la contemplation car quelques minutes à pied autour de la maison et c'est l'isolement garanti en montagne comme sur le littoral. La location est très bien étudiée avec ce qu'il faut en équipement et une décoration marine très agréable. Du volume et de l'espace dans les pièces (accessibles handicapés: ceci explique cela) N'attendez pas des propriétaires qu'ils vous accueillent avec grandes effusions. Ici, c'est l'accueil à la Corse: sobre, discret mais sincère et disponible. N'hesitez pas à solliciter Sophie et Jacques si vous désirez des conseils. Ils n'en sont pas avares. Un grand jardin odorant contribue lui aussi au bien-être. Les animaux Juliette l'ânesse, meringue la chienne, les chats et les poules apportent un côté rustique et authentique mais tout ce petit monde reste à sa place et n'envahit pas votre espace de vacances. Les adeptes des sports montagnes, VTT, parapente et autres seront comblés par les nombreuses possibilitées offertes. Je le conseille sans hésitation. "

"Quel séjour idyllique avec vue imprenable sur la mer, tout n'est que beauté.Le gîte est très spacieux , aménagé avec goût,d'une propreté exemplaire, avec un équipement adapté aussi bien pour les grands que les petits. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants,toujours à l'écoute à nos questionnements, encore un grand merci à Manon et Marie pour leur beau dessin et les oeufs frais.Toutes ces petites attentions nous touchent et démontrent leur savoir-faire et leur savoir-être dans la relation à l'autre.Sans oublier le chien Meringue, l'âne, les poules, vivre parmi eux, quel bonheur!Pour arriver jusqu'au gîte, il faut emprunter une route légèrement sinueuse, mais la magie s'opère par le contraste des différents paysages défilant devant nos yeux.Je conseille aux adultes et aux enfants de venir découvrir ce petit coin de paradis.
