"Hotel bom, piscinas boas, organizado e bem limpo. Contudo a parte de serviços deixou muito a desejar, fiquei durante 1 semana ligando e fui atendido apenas 2 vezes, quando atendido diziam que nao tinha reserva em meu nome, tornava a contatar a locataria e dizia tudo ok, porem o hotel dizia que nao. Em resumo, a falta de vontade dos funcionarios do Hotel em atender e siquer olhar um e-mail gerou um estresse e desconforto desnecessario."

"Como está no título do anúncio, deveria ter ficado hospedado no Lacqua V, porém a reserva era para o Lacqua IV, onde ja havia me hospedado e foi decepcionante por isso tentei outra acomodação mas tive a péssima notícia de me hospedar no mesmo local da primeira vez. Pedi um colchão extra fui atendido com muita atenção pelo recepcionista que entrou em contato com o administrador. "I booked the 2night/3days in hopes of using the water park. When we arrive, we are told on thursdays (day 2) the water park is closed and we should have been notified when booking or shortly after booking and asked if we wanted to alter the dates to visit the water park. WE WERE NOT NOTIFIED. Therefore, I am extremely upset that we could not enjoy the perfect weather in the water park. Instead we had to endure the large group of kids at the on-site pool (more like knee deep water). For those of you wanting to visit this site, BE AWARE that water park is CLOSED on Thursdays."
