"This is a good budget pick. You can tell this place was nice when it was first built, but now its past its prime. Highlights are the clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was mid, and the conditions of the hallways poor, it took a few minutes for the hot water to run, but for less than $100 and 1 mile from 8th ave. Not bad."

"I stayed for one week and used the gym which was adequately furnished with the usual equipment however, the weight lifting apparatus (a marcy style 4 sided machine) needed maintenance - the weight stack did not move well. In my room I found that the inside of the shower could use a deep clean - signs of mold were evident. The bathroom fans are ridiculously loud and should be separately switched from lights so that you can brush teeth or put on make up with out having to have the very noisy fan come on. The staff is friendly and attentive and the best part of the visit."

"They didnt inform me the pool wasnt usable until after swiping my card - the pool being part of the amenities- then refused a refund after. We left at 630 in the morning after being unable to sleep all night because of hearing the people above/around us because the floors/walls are that thin. Owner replied to my other review saying theyll make changes, cant wait to welcome me back -- I will stay in a motel before I ever stay there again. My young sons even who love hotels,"Lets get out of this awful place" if that tells you anything. "

"We loved our room with FOUR king beds! It was very spacious for the 6 of us! The pool and hot tub were big and clean and the breakfast was nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
