"This was a great place away from the crowds in which to just chill after days filled with lots of walking, people, and noise. We appreciated the availability of the host and all the little niceties around the house."

"Our reservation was canceled because we weren’t aware of the Hotels.com policy, and the young lady at the front desk informed us in a very rude and unhelpful manner. She showed little consideration and only assisted us with rebooking. She eventually offered a small discount for signing up, but only after giving it to another guest first. We also had to repeatedly ask staff to replenish our towels. Breakfast was at least decent."
