Detached villa located at the foot of the mountains in a private property, quiet and not overlooked, with pool and landscaped garden, 10 minutes from Calvi, Lumio, Sainte Catherine airport and
5 minutes from the GR20.

Villa of 170 m2 is divided into 2 separate spaces for 8 people:

 - the ground floor consists of a sitting area (flat screen TV) / kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), 1 ventilated room with double bed 160 cm , 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine.
this ground floor opens onto a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and an outdoor table.

- The floor consists of a comfortable and sober living room (with leather sofa, flat screen TV sound system, mini HIFI, large dining table) opening wide on a large terrace with a teak table ; a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, breakfast bar), an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed 140 cm with bathroom, an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed 160 cm (and dressing) opening onto the terrace, a bathroom with walk-in shower (with washing machine), a separate toilet.

The villa is equipped with Wifi.
The garden of 3000 m2 located in natural area offers a breathtaking view of the mountains and the villages of Montemaggiore and Calenzana.
The pool of 10 m * 4 m with pergola equipped with garden furniture & outdoor shower
Provision of a gas barbecue and a plancha.
