Area is bordered by Deerfoot trail and Bow River, offering quick 20 minutes drive to downtown, 30 minutes by bus and 30 minutes with bike. Also 10 minutes drive to chinook Mall. Home to Beaver dam Flats, Lynwood Ridge Park, and numerous green space. Features the Jack setter Arena and the Millican-Ogden outdoor pool in summer.
