Staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. The queensize beds are clean and the thick mattress, the blackout curtains and AC ensured us a perfect sleep. The building is steps away from the 39th ave station that takes you to downtown and only one stop to the stampede entrance. The pool is a big plus for relaxation. CLEAN and outstanding quality for the buck.

Rooms were not very clean, found garage back of desks, and behind nightstands, staff was not that helpful, asking for clean towels, front end staff wasn't that friendly
