Staff very friendly. There is a McDonald’s and a Tim Hortons very close. (Walkable) Rooms clean. Only stayed one night. would stay here again.

We usually stay here now whenever we head to Calgary or Banff. We especially like it as it’s very clean and the service is exceptional. There’s no musky odour like other hotel/inns/motel we stay at. Hence, why we enjoy our stay here. Price are reasonable and it’s close to some of our destination through out our stay. Front desks staffs are very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend others to stay.

Beds not very comfortable make sure there is no hockey tournaments going on as guests were drinking in hallways and kids playing in and out of hallways elevators. Not sure I would stay there again.

Unfortunately the pool was unavailable but the staff were courteous and respectful, food options were limited the food offered was really good. Even though there was a junior hockey tournament being hosted and the halls were full of kids it was a pleasant stay

Didn’t tell us the pool was shut down until we paid, we weren’t allowed to have more then 2 included breakfast as there was 3 of us to a room. So 2/3 got the included breakfast (that we paid additional for) We chose this hotel for the pool and included breakfast… super disappointing

Expedia clearly stated it was a smoking room and that was the only reason I chose this place, turned out at check in it wasn’t! No one even cared how upset I was, no apologies, not even an offer of a compensation, next to no room service, definitely not going there again.

The beds were not comfortable at all and you could hear people walking up and down the halls. Someone above my room was stomping at 6am. It was not a pleasant stay at all. I won’t be booking again.

King junior suite seemed too sparse lacking a homely touch and decor for a king executive suite. It felt cold and almost like an industrialized office living/working environment in my honest opinion. Too bad really because the separate bedroom and ensuite met with my expectations and were very comfortable indeed.
