Inner city - Cozy Main Floor Suite - 3bdr-6people, easy access

  • Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom bungalow in inner-city Calgary (max. 6 people occupancy).
    You’ll love our place because of well-maintained premises, cozy, clean, organized, and uncluttered.
    Location features very easy access to major routes, public transportation, airport, downtown and services. Our cozy Main Floor suite features 3 bedroom ea w/ double beds, working station with 19" monitors, darkening shades, all amenities within the suite.
    Enjoy the ample and fully fenced and private backyard (access via front) yard. If there isn't available free parking, feel free to park on the private parking pad at the back of the house.
    We look forward hosting you!


    The Kitchen
    Find a lot of cabinetry and countertop space, with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and stovetop giving you space to store your food and the means to cook it. Convenient filtered water dispenser is included. There is a dinning area for 4 to have a nice breakfast or snack any time of the day.
    Help yourself with washer & dryer located in the common area closet.

    The Bedrooms
    3 bedrooms available, standard double bed size , all equiped with a working space with a 19" monitor with HDMI.

    Living Room
    Comfortable and cozy,
    - Smart TV, free streaming services (Netflix available), you can stream your device or plug in your Laptop or device using a HDMI connection.

    The Bathroom
    Enjoy a shower with a soft massage shower head or nice warm bath just like at home.

    Guest Access:
    - Private outdoor 1 spots parking pad beside garage and ample options for parking on the street.
    - You can make use of the shared backyard (access via around house), BBQ (contact first before use for instructions), deck. The backyard is shared with our other valued guests from the Basement Suite.
    - Back door between main floor and basement is locked both sides.
    - Backyard main door is the entrance to the basement suite, your entrance code will not work for the main floor suite front entrance
    - NO PETS allowed, of any kind
