"The check in staff were very sweet and helpful, the hotel was very clean. The only reason that I gave a lower mark for amenities is because the pool and hot tub were closed. The staff have very kindly arranged for guests to use the pool and hot tub at the adjacent hotel but it is somewhat convenient. However, I imagine that it will be another 5 stars once the renovations are complete"
