The tv and cable in room were poor quality and connection. The tub water tap was seized and hard to turn. Beds and pillows are hard.

Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection
Check in was so smooth, and having a 24 hour airport shuttle busy with was a plus. My bed was so huge and very comfortable. I slept in well. They even kept my luggage as l ran errands downtown as my flight was not until 8pm.
