"Without a doubt Calhetas best place to stay and eat. Small boutique hotel with high quality food, service, rooms/ houses and a cliff top location second to none. Staff provide attentive but not obtrusive service. Really lovely place to stay. Imagine sitting amidst the vines, fruit veg and flower garden by the lavender edged pool watching the sunset with wine from their own vines before sampling their Michelin type taster menu. Yep that’s Socalco. "

"We had a wonderful time here and can’t wait to go back! We spent 5 days here as part of our honeymoon and loved it. We spent our mornings out on tours and the hotel packed lunches for us to take with, and our afternoon by the pool sipping sangria. Can’t go wrong with that! It’s a very small resort but it made it that much better - laid back, quiet, good selection of food options for me that were gluten free, and friendly staff "

"Der Pool ist toll. Leider ist das drum herum etwas in die Jahre gekommen und schmuddelig. Die Außendusche ist kaputt. Der Blick ist fantastisch. Im Tal gibt es einige Baustellen. Somit sind tagsüber immer irgendwelche Baustellengeräusche zu hören. Die Nächte sind himmlisch still. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind top. Leider ist insbesondere die Küche schon sehr abgewohnt. Schön wäre etwas Putzzeug und ein Staubsauger gewesen. Die vorhandenen Besen und der Wischmop waren ungeeignet und etwas ekelig. Im großen und Ganzen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lange sehr genossen. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz."

"Lovely time spent here. 4 nights. Super friendly staff. Very easy-going vibe. Rooms were quite small and did not have AC but were clean and simple enough. Overall very happy with the hotel and the small “parish” Jardim do Mar. super cute little town. Takes 15 mins to walk around the whole village. "
