"Internet did not work. Only worked in the lobby. Only my area was affected apparently. Staff was not helpful & tried to ignore the issue. Acted like I was the issue for wanting internet. Also listing booked says coffee maker is in room. There isn’t a coffee maker inside the room. Robotic, unwelcoming, unhelpful staff."
