The front desk didn't know I booked. They had me show proof and take photos that i paid. The AC was out on the 4th floor which was the only floor that had a room luckily otherwise we wouldn't have had a place to stay. Towels where dingy and worn out. The next day i had to send the same pictures for proof to anew person.

tenia reserva por 6 noches para dos cuartos. hice el check in a la 1 am y despues de un largo viaje , encontre los dos cuartos con muy poca limpieza especialmente en los banos donde encontramos mold en los pisos y paredes de los dos banos. Esto hizo que el descanso de esa noche se eliminara por completo. Ademas , mi cuarto no tenia ningun amenities en el bano (shampoo , jabon ,etc).Cuando hicimos el check in se nos notifico que el servicio de internet en los cuartos estaba danado y no habia posibilidad de un pronto arreglo. Existen elevadores en cada dos pisos, situacion muy incomoda cuando usted viaja con personas mayores,ninos o con alguna dificultad de movimiento. El desayuno no ofrecia muchas opciones. Despues de todo esto decidi buscar otro hotel y pagar lo justo por una estadia que no tuvo nada de agradablre. no pase dos noches en el hotel pero estaba dispuesto a pagarlas sin ningun problema y finalmente me cargaron las seis noches cuando realmente no dormi ni una noche ahi. Mala experiencia definitivamenbte.

En primer lugar, las habitaciones no tienen Internet, el aire acondicionado no funciona, me cambiaron de una habitación a otra y ningún aire acondicionado funcionaba correctamente. Tuve muchos problemas, me quemaron ropa hice el uso del servicio de lavandería y no funcionó y me quemaron algunas prendas de ropa como pantalones cortos y pantalones normales. Parece que los dejaron mucho tiempo en la secadora y cuando me di cuenta pues fui a reclamar a la recepción y nadie me pudo ayudar después en la noche del primero, cuando ya me tocaba ir me di cuenta y dejaron a un guardia de seguridad, encargado de todo el hotel el increíble ese señor no sabía cómo proceder a los asuntos y pues el reclamo quedó en nada, pero tuve una muy mala experiencia 10 días sin Internet 10 días sin aire acondicionado y para lo que me cobraron. Yo siento que es sobrevalorado por los malos servicios que ofrecen.

No valía el aire acondicionado estuve 10 días con calor y sin wifi en la habitación ellos mienten q te dan esos servicios y todos los aires no valen y el desayuno incluido era malo q digo malo … malísimo , también el servicio de lavandería pésimo me dañaron ropa con sus máquinas q no saben manejar y la dejaron secar mucho y me quemó la Ropa , yo salí súper indignado porq hoy 1 de enero no había nadie en el counter de recepción . Solo había un guardia de seguridad de turno tratando de ayudar a la gente y ese pobre hombre no sabe ni sumar creo , porq no solucionaba nada , y yo Hice mi reclamo y nadie soluciona , yo no recomiendo esta ratonera a nadie q menos q no tengas mas opción y busques algo donde te engañen así como lo hicieron conmigo q le prometieron internet q nunca tuve y una habitación con aire q nunca sirvió y eso q me cambiaron de una peor q estaba primero imagínate el desastre q viví q hasta sin ropa salí porq me la quemaron
Esto fue una de las cosas q me quemaron en el hotel porq no saben usar la secador en el laundry es pésimo y me dañaron más cosas solo q no tengo las fotos
