The property is very secure and the staff is so nice! We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning and we were walking distance from a street of restaurants and stores.
I highly recommend this great cozy boutique hotel. From the central location to many great eateries and shopping all at walking distance, to the comfortable rooms, and super cozy layout throughout the hotel and the delicious breakfast that is included. But the best part was the staff☺️☺️!! Always helpful, and very friendly which had a way of making you feel like home. Nestor, Cesar, Diana, Jes, and Merley (1 and 2) thank you for everything!!! Great customer service. I will definitely be back.
Customer service vey good. Facilities need updating. The entrance is kind of mysterious. No visible. Room smell old. Towels old, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker in room.
Location is good close to restaurants and shopping mall.
I took a chance at this small boutique Zen-themed hotel. It was 5 STARS. I took the suite with the Jacuzzi. It was super--right by the pool on the first floor. The hotel is beyond beautiful with amazing gardens. The staff was 10 points. The breakfast was delicious (eggs with toast, continental cereals, fruits, yogurt. The room had great AC, a super comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. I highly recommend it.
Yes it's a bit away from the airport but in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants. I loved it and so did my girlfriend. It's well worth the price and relaxing stay.. I would return in a heartbeat. Super stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The staff friendliness was probably the best thing about this property. Technical issues though made our stay a less than enjoyable experience.
On our first night the air conditioning unit started spewing water at 3am. Wetting everything we had placed on the desk below. The staff was able to accommodate us to another smaller room but even the act of doing so was time consuming (even though the staff offered help, I rather handle my own stuff). The other thing we didn’t like about the 1st room is that there were signs of mold inside the air conditioner and seemed poorly cleaned as the filter was black with dust and/or mold.
The second night we didn’t really spent it on the hotel as we went to explore the region and stayed somewhere else.
Due to the limitations or the hotel we had to spend a third night in the smaller bedroom. It was either that or coming back from our before mentioned trip early which we were not willing and able to do.
The next day the we realized that the shower head was broken but the staff was quick to repair it. Shortly after we found out the hot water broke, we didn’t have hot water for a day. I didn’t mind the cold showers myself but the wife wasn’t too pleased.
On the 4th night we finally got to spend the night in the type of room we had made the reservations with no issues. Same thing with the last night.
The hotel needs too keep up with and be proactive with repairs rather that wait for them to be reported by guest.
