Guest Access:
Once you rent it the whole place is yours.
You're welcome to have guests over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (4 persons). We need IDs of any guest who spends the night. If they are just visiting then not needed.
The Neighborhood:
El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali. The property is located in front of Krost Bakery which is probably the best breakfast spot in the entire city.
SmartFit and BodyTech gyms offer daily and weekly passes and are located about 5-6 blocks away, a pleasant stroll along the river.
Getting Around:
Public bus transportation is only two blocks away. Yellow taxis and Ubers are plentiful. But the best way to experience this part of town is by walking.

Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for each person staying at the property. To complete this registration, we send a link where you can upload all the information mentioned above. A signed rental contract is also required before entering. You can complete it through the same link that is sent as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Medical tourists:
Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Beautifully decorated beautiful location. for US citizens a little more information on requirements as it relates to VRBO emphasized more would be helpful
You really cannot beat this location. Being in the heart of El Peñón meant we were steps away from the city's best restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Even though you’re right in the middle of the action, the penthouse felt like a private, quiet sanctuary. The check-in process was seamless, the building is very secure, and the host was incredibly responsive. Perfect for anyone who wants to explore Cali by foot.
Beautiful place located in a cute neighborhood. Everything you need is in walking distance. There is a D1 supermarket and pharmacy next door. These is a nice sushi place next door as well. I would recommend this place
