Had an issue reaching the host at the beginning because the Vrbo site told her I canceled (I hadn't), so messages weren't going through. Once I reached her by phone, communication was excellent. Check-in and arrival instructions were super clear. Wi-Fi had a decent speed and was reliable in the dining and living room areas, though it didn't really reach the bathroom or bedroom - which also were areas where I couldn't get phone signal. The kitchen has the tools needed for cooking at home, and there's a washer/rack for hanging clothes to dry, though I didn't use these. The front door sticks, so you need to really push it hard to get it open. The apartment gets very warm, and air doesn't circulate well. There is a fan, though it's quite noisy. The main issue with the property was the open space going up to the sky. This space is open through apartments above, and I could hear the people upstairs watching movies late at night, hear them having sex, etc. It also rained a bit through this open space into the apartment while I was there. It wasn't enough to cause a problem, but I wouldn't want to see a heavy rain. Overall, this was a good location for the price paid, and it was walkable to restaurants and a supermarket.
