"Todo el personal del hotel fue muy servicial y atento a nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Está muy bien ubicado y en pocos pasos se puede llegar a lugares emblemáticos de la ciudad. La comida está bien , podría mejorar su presentación y el servicio de meseros tiene oportunidades de mejora. Al personal de recepción le faltó durante el check in recordar que el desayuno estaba incluido y su horario , cual era la clave de WiFi , informar la hora del check out , etc; de todo eso me di cuenta sólo preguntando ante las dudas. En general es muy cómodo y vale la pena quedarse siempre que voy a Cali."
