The room wasn’t very clean; there was food on the floor and hair in the bathroom. The TV didn’t work and we had to call maintenance to fix it. The fridge barely worked and at least 4 of the outlets in the room didn’t work.

Room bedding sheets revision, improvement , upon arrival it was all dirty and there was no housekeeping available. The only option HK runner was only able to provide news one and change on our own. Next day advise the front desk about deep cleaning and nothing was done. Customers services via phone, made the request, waited 40min to be advise by the night clerk it was through a third party and who received the call did not made my rrquest in aystem.The hotel is located central area, close to everything.
