"Rhonda is a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are charming and thoughtful decorated in a home with a long history. Plenty of street parking near house. We spent the evening on J Street and found a wonderful coffee house nearby the next morning. Great location on the edge of downtown Sacramento and a wonderful experience."

"The Midtowner is a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel conveniently located in Sacramento's Midtown. It has all the comforts one expects. The exterior may appear a bit shabby, but the rooms appear to have been recently refurbished. It is my new go to hotel in Sacramento."

Some areas of Sacramento aren’t the best, this location is quietly tucked between corporate offices and conveniently located near the freeway entrance. Plus it’s less than a 10min drive to the Golden 1 center for events."
