"The pictures of the entire location are misleading. Nothing on the lobby was as represented. No breakfast(other than fruit loops..and some not good looking waffle batter). No coffee lids or sleeves for a to go cup.. No fruit,donuts.muffins or yogurt to choose from. Had to switch rooms bc the a/c was making a racket. The replacement room was extremely dated..and “in my opinion”..not what i was paying for. Extremely disappointed in what i got. Could easily have stayed on the other side of the road in a nicer spot. Wish o knew how badly it was being misrepresented."

"The breakfast was the same everyday, no variety. Processed omelets, sausage and potatoes, waffles, sugary cereals, instant sugary oatmeal, apples and bananas."

"The room had not been cleaned. I carried out the wet, dirty towels from the previous occupant and stripped the stained bedding off the beds. The floors weren't vacuumed, and I threw away the old beer bottle caps. Their breakfast was about 50 percent empty. The food containers were present but empty. The pool was out of order. The front desk was not staffed at check-in. We were provided no bedding for the pull-out couch, and after repeated requests, they brought sheets but no blanket. We used a blanket from the car for my children. I have never had a worse stay anywhere. We obviously changed our reservation for the duration of our trip."

"Outside maintenance needs to be greatly improved. Room maintenance needs a little attention. My room appeared clean and welcoming. There was moisture damage in the shower. My coffee maker was missing the filter cup but a visit to the front desk rectified that quickly. The television was too small and you could not lay in bed and see it properly. I tried moving it closer to the bed but the cords were not long enough. I was also confused that they were calling the Econolodge a Mosque of Amina. Made it a little uncomfortable. I arrived early at 2:00. They said I had to wait until 3:00 to check in. I understand they need to clean the rooms, but surely they could have made one room available instead of making me wait another hour. "

"I really enjoyed our stay here but the bathrooms and little nooks and crannies need a good deep clean! For how much they were charging per night the hotel should have been spotless. "

"This property is under renovation which usually isn’t such a big deal but this was sloppy and dirty. Debris up and down the halls, stairwell full of trash, side door busted and permanently open (non-secure whatsoever). My room was equally as filthy and cannot imagine how someone passed that off as clean. Dirty tub, filthy floor, and uncountable stains on the walls. I stayed on top of the blanket and didn’t dare dig into the mattress situation. This cheap experience was not worth saving $10 this versus that. Next time go with that."

"Booked a room months in advance for 2 queens….they only had a king with a sofa bed when we got there. Dead roach in the bathroom upon arrival. Most of the toiletries in the bathroom were empty. Room was super dusty and didn’t seem clean in general. Holes and scuffs in several areas on the walls. 2 towels in the room despite us clearly having 3 people. Everything seemed old and not updated. "
