Welcome to The Bay House, a waterfront property nestled in the serene enclave of Callala Bay, NSW. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the lapping water and the breathtaking ocean views right on your doorstep.

The Bay House is built for holiday relaxation, accommodating up to seven guests. It enjoys a layout of three bedrooms. Two hold comfortable queen beds, while the third is outfitted with two cosy single beds and a trundle bed.

Designed with convenience in mind, the property features a bathroom with a separate vanity and toilet, perfect for families to refresh in after a day of exploring. The house also offers generous parking for three cars.

Enjoy cosy evenings by the glowing fireplace, or step out onto the sand for a moonlit beach walk. With a location that allows quick access to local attractions and vibrant eateries, you can have a vacation experience without venturing far.

Mornings here begin with the sun kissing the ocean horizon, visible from your private patio. And after a day revelling in sea and sand, what could be more inviting than a personal fireplace to warm up to?

- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.
