"We had a relaxing stay.will do it again"

"The room itself was nice and clean, but old. The bathroom had a lot of mold and mildew around the edges and doors. Shower handles need replacing (very loose). Toilet felt like it might break (bad seat or install). A saw one large roach and a few smaller bugs crawling on the floors. The beach and ocean was nice. Excellent sunsets! Wish my room had a balcony facing the beach, but it didn't. Check-in was chaotic, with long lines. Needed more staff and maids to service the rooms. Overall, a 2.5 to 3 stars."

"We really liked the convenience store in the resort. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We did wish the restaurants were a little more budget friendly. The ice cream store was not open. The lazy river was freezing but for the time of the year it was expected."

"This place was nice, my only problem was how much of a pain in the ass the security was. Their rules for the hot tub are very unclear. We had my son in the hot tub because it was too cold to go in the pool. He wasn’t causing any problems and I was holding him the whole time. He was 6 years old. Body temp was NOT to high either.. they came and kicked us out for that. Pretty stupid… other than that nice place"

"The room was clean, although very dated. No phone in the room, so be sure to ask for front desk number so you can call on your cellphone for questions. I was there four days, and no one came to clean room. Staff came by on 2nd evening asking if we needed anything. You will need to request clean towels, wash cloths, toilet tissue, soap, and coffee. There is no elevator access to the rooms, and if you reserve "beach access," you will be on first floor with two flights of steps to walk down to get to your room. Luggage will have to be carried to your room by hand if you're on the first floor. There is a ramp from the parking lot to 2nd floor to roll your luggage. I was told at checkout when I noted how difficult it was to walk down two flights of stairs woth luggage I would need to reserve a room on 3rd floor which is the same level of parking lot, but you will still have to walk down two flights of steps to get to the beach. Beautiful ocean. I didn't go to the pool; it had a bar area. They also make public parking available which fills up quickly during the evening hours. I'm assuming because of area restaurant dining nearby."

"View was priceless, it was clean, staff very nice the location of this hotel is the best but this hotel needs a serious renovation it's very old. Floor is not really good, bathtub faucet leaking, doors are really bad."

"Refurbished hotel…showed some age but it was a nice place to stay…great location and nice ocean view."

"They clean the room every other day. If you stay on the street side, it becomes super noisy. Free breakfast and the pool is heated. Right on the beach which is a plus."
