All the staff (including at the cafe next door) were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and perfect for what I needed for my 3 night stay. "

"Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance. "

"An absolute gem of a hotel, 5 ⭐ and more! Small boutique feel, staff are really friendly and helpful, and it's located in a great part of the trendy Palermo suburb with plentiful eating and shopping on its doorstep. The hotel were really accommodating with early flight arrivals and late departure."
"What a wonderful property! All the staff were fabulous, kind and professional. The room was quite large with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable bed and great climate control. The area near the hotel was very walkable and safe. Excellent cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Our only caveat was that the WiFi/internet was very inconsistent. It would drop your connection every few minutes and often the signal could not open most websites or the smart TV in the room. Annoying. The staff said it was not our room but the whole building, including the front desk computer. "
