Very serene and beautiful Bed and Breakfast. Within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Phil and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were nice touches everywhere....from the s'mores to the overnight oats. Rooms were comfortable with modern touches while keeping the old school charm. Definitely book it!

Great place for concert goers at Bethel Woods!

We had a great time at Nine River Road. The House is very well decorated and is historic. The host was very nice and helpful. Only concern, as I was traveling with my kids, no one asked for my ID upon check-in and the home is not locked overnight. However, it did feel safe. Would visit again!

Nine River Road was the perfect stay for attending a concert at Bethel Woods. The room was very spacious, as well as clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast in the morning before taking a quick stroll to town for the farmer’s market & views of the river. To top it off, Tennessee was was a wonderful Host and delight to chat with. Hoping to return soon!

We were very happy with our stay. The caretaker Deb was wonderful. She had a lot of suggestions when we asked about the area and what to do. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

Great Experience

One night stay that was really a pleasant experience. A little snafu with the reservation (double check if you book through travel site) was resolved quickly by the owner, Deb and she was super kind and helpful. The room was nice and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but delicious. Cool location and nice back road drive (20 minutes) to the Bethel Woods Center for a concert made this a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Off the beaten path.

The room and the bathroom were small. We had to share a bathroom with another couple. Hard to find the B&B in the dark. The place could use more outdoor lighting. Breakfast was good, the area is pretty!

Good find….

Enjoyable….room was clean and comfortable. The innkeeper was very nice. The location was great…right on the river, just off the main down town area. They created a nice outdoor area to enjoy as well. The only negative was the breakfast; bagel and hard boiled eggs is what you get at a discount hotel. I expected something more and unique for the price of the room.

Nice experience all around. We went for a a concert at Bethel Woods and wanted to stay overnight. If you are looking for a middle ground between a standard Hotel and the numerous outdated Bed & Breakfasts in the area- this is the perfect place. Make sure you get there to pick up your key during "check in hours" as there wont always be someone there. Room was very clean, newly renovated, minimal modern cottage vibe. A light breakfast was put out in the kitchen in the morning, essentially coffee, bagels, pastries. A few things to note- we were 2 flights up, be aware if you have any issues with stairs. And parking was on the street.

Exploring The Upper Delaware & Callicoon

Beautiful old house (3 floors) built in the late 1800’s on River Road near where the Callicoon bridge crosses the Delaware connecting PA & NY. We had the 3rd floor suite. Very nice room! Walk in shower and lions paw bath tub, king size bed, etc. A lot of windows with nearly a 180° view of outdoor surroundings behind the house that includes a view of the Delaware river. Great continental breakfast 8:30a-10:30a. All the shops & restaurants in town is an one minute walk from 9 River Road hotel. The Sunday farmers market in the town’s park is a must visit!

Great location. It might be a bit of a walk or you can drive the few blocks to the center and park. It was cold and rainy so we drove. Everything is located over three streets. Cute shops, restaurants and bars. The property downstairs is free to roam and hang out. Many antiques and board games. A 2nd story porch to hang out on and a downstairs porch facing the river. A fire pit and smores out back. Best fresh breakfast. Rooms are cozy and decorated with antiques. You have your own bathroom. Staff was very friendly and took great care of us. Worth every penny.
