"Outside appearance the owner will tell you has a lot to be desired, however when you enter totally different All the rooms especially the common areas are spacious are well furnished. All the 9 bedrooms are tastefully decorated clean and modern. Definitely meant for larger families with children or for various occasions to accommodate up to 18- 20 people.The outside, 2 deck area is great .The pool was not available during our stay in Mid Sept.There is a Hot Tub which we could not figure out how to increase the heat so, I would recommend having that explained since there are no directions in the house rules.Also the backyard is not meant to play on for kids quite rustic, and not kept well, but there is a fire pit."

"The Green Gables is an incredible property, and we could not recommend it more highly. The managers are on-site to make sure everything goes smoothly, the property had more activities than we could even do in a three day visit, and everything is clean and well-maintained."
