"The room was filthy. Very negleted r/m. Couldn't access crockery as the fridge was blocking the door. Drain in the bathroom was so foul I had to cover it with a towel. Curtains were attached to the rod with cable ties. A room smoke alarm was going off all night for the want of a new battery. This place needs to be closed down."

"Hotel looked brand new! Very comfortable. The sports club downstairs and the location away from town was strange but we quite liked it. Just a few more things would have made it perfect - like a bath, a slightly bigger seating area in the pool bar (and drink selection) - but otherwise great. Room service was great, TV entertainment unit was awesome and the beds were massive and comfy. Will stay again."

"Staff were friendly. Room was clean and well equipped. Although the rangehood worked well it looked like it needed replacing or a good clean. The wardrobe sliding doors had mirrors on them but on one the mirror didn't appear to be attached to the door, very loose. Nice restaurant with good food. "
