"Communication with the staff prior to arrival was seamless and e-mail/text/phone response times were spot on. Check-in/check-out went very smooth and the reception staff were very professional and friendly. We arrived by car, so keep in mind on-site parking is limited and costs 12 Euro per day/night. The room was terrific; very clean, well-stocked with amenities, functional, comfortable, and spacious. Even had a balcony with an excellent view of the water and outlying rocks. There are a few restaurants on site. One is open for buffet breakfast (18 Euro per person), the other for evening dining, and yet another for tapas and such. All were very convenient especially if you stayed on site for the whole time. The pool is a good size, clean, and kept cool. The beach is just below with plenty of room to stretch out...even has a bar! Only complaint was some of the wait staff at the breakfast buffet and tapas restaurant. As for the buffet, no one came by to clear dishes off the table...not until people left. As for the tapas restaurant, some of the staff were extremely slow in taking orders and some with attitude. On a special note, I would like to thank one of the female receptionists, who unfortunately do not recall her name, but was very understanding concerning a medical issue with one of our family members. I would also like to thank one of the staff at the evening dining restaurant who came to the aid of our son who was stung by a sea urchin...separate medical issue."

"Great location, great view, great room and a nice "garden" touch, everything exceeded my expectation! Until I looked for the amenities: no shapoo/body wash, a couple of gold hari on sheet (I'm Asian), no kettle. They were kind enough to provide kettle though. I saw espresso machine but no coffee, they provided some upon my request. But I was quite suprised they charged me all those when I checked out - a finglenail size coffee cream cost 1 Euro! Oh, parking is 10 Euro a day. Keep on the good stuff, it has ground floor pool and building top pool with stunning view! The restaurant privided discount to the hotel guests - quite worth it. All in all, a fantastic hotel if you bring all what you need."

"Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa à Platja d’Aro à l’occasion d’un EVG entre amis, et tout a été absolument parfait du début à la fin.Un immense merci à Guillaume pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et sa communication irréprochable avant et pendant le séjour. Les échanges ont toujours été très clairs, rapides, chaleureux et vraiment agréables. On sent tout de suite qu’il tient à ce que ses voyageurs passent un excellent moment.La villa est magnifique, très propre, parfaitement entretenue et idéalement située. La vue mer est superbe, la piscine est un vrai bonheur et le terrain de pétanque a clairement contribué à l’ambiance et aux souvenirs du week-end Le logement offre vraiment toutes les conditions pour passer un séjour convivial, confortable et mémorable. Même si nous ne sommes restés que quelques jours, le cadre et l’atmosphère ont largement participé à la réussite de notre séjour.Encore merci pour tout Guillaume, et ce sera avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons réserver cette villa à l’avenir. Nous recommandons cet endroit à 100 % !"

"The view and the swimming pool are truly fantastic. The location is very beautiful, surrounded by many possibilities for excursions. To both lively boulevards and beautiful cities such as Barcelona and Girona. However, the villa's kitchen equipment is somewhat sparse, and the bed linen is of a lower quality. But this can surely be resolved in consultation with the owner (who is very easy to communicate with!). "

"We had an exceptional stay at Mas Cabañas in Calonge. From the moment we arrived, we could see how well cared for the villa is. Everything was immaculate, thoughtfully prepared, and perfectly set up for a relaxing holiday.The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully designed, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The bedrooms are cosy, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the outdoor spaces are a real highlight. We especially enjoyed the pool and terrace, which were ideal for eating together, relaxing in the sun, or winding down in the evening. Everything about the villa feels welcoming and homely.The location is excellent too. Mas Cabañas is set in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it’s only a short drive from Palamós beach and other stunning spots along the Costa Brava. We found it the perfect balance – tranquil at the villa, but with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and day trips.It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining Mas Cabañas at a very high standard. The whole property was spotless when we arrived, and everything worked perfectly, which made our stay completely stress-free.Judith was a wonderful host. Always friendly, responsive, and helpful, which really added to the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’ll remember our time at Mas Cabañas with great fondness, and we would love to return in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful villa. "
