The house features a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a TV with international channels, internet connection, and a music player for your entertainment. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and filter coffee maker—perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation.



The house accommodates five guests in two double bedrooms (one with a 150x190 cm double bed and one with two 90x180 cm single beds) and one single bedroom with a 90x180 cm bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower, ensuring comfort for all guests.



Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace overlooking the garden (tree types may differ from the photos) and a fantastic private pool (8x4 meters). There is also a portable barbecue and outdoor parking spaces within the property.



Air conditioning is available. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rental but can be provided on request for an additional fee.



Pets and groups of guests under 25 years old are not allowed.
