House located in a private urbanization (Mas Pallill and guarded with security cameras, very close to the sea 1. 5 km approximately, 180 m2 distributed on one ground floor, 4 very spacious rooms and 2 very large bathrooms too, large dining room and with a large and spacious kitchen, also has a large outdoor terrace with barbecue and in its garden area there are recreational games such as "table tennis, football and basked, its pool is heated water (very important for the months of September / October and November)
