Enjoy a comfortable and functional stay in this three-story house, designed to offer comfort, privacy, and welcoming spaces to share with family and friends.
Interior
Located in the town of Calonge, on the Costa Brava, just 10 minutes from the beach.

Main floor:
Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious entrance hall leading to:
·A cozy living-dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for gatherings at any time of the year.
·A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for long stays or group getaways.
·A double bedroom with a wood-burning fireplace and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. This room is adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Upper floor:
·Landing area.
·Two full bathrooms with shower.
·Three bright bedrooms:
Two double bedrooms, both with access to a private terrace.
One bedroom with two single beds and terrace access.

Lower floor:
·Laundry area.
·Spacious family bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, with the possibility of adding up to 2 extra single beds.

Exterior:
The outdoor areas are designed to fully enjoy the surroundings:
·Private parking area.
·Barbecue area with outdoor dining space.
·Swimming pool with chill-out area for relaxing.
·Lower garden with clothesline area.

Extras (not included in the price)
Available upon request:
-Final cleaning: €210 (up to 9 working hours). Mandatory (guests may do it themselves or hire the service).
-Bed linen and towels: €15 (up to 2 nights) / €20 (more than 2 nights) per person. Bed linen is mandatory; guests may bring their own or rent it.
-Pets: €40 per stay and per pet.
-Additional beds: possibility to adjust the reservation later if the exact number of guests is not yet confirmed (minimum booking based on 12 guests).

House Rules:
Compliance is mandatory:
·The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
·Use of bed linen is mandatory.
·Garbage must be disposed of in the outdoor bins and properly recycled.
·Outdoor noise is allowed only from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
·Leaving rubbish outside is prohibited.
·Guests must shower before using the swimming pool.
·Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue area.
·Pets must be declared in advance.
·Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
·Guests must use the property, utilities, and surroundings responsibly.
·Access to the roof is prohibited.
·Any damages must be reported immediately.
·Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
·The number of guests must match the reservation.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in financial penalties.

Payments upon arrival
At check-in, the following must be paid:
-Tourist tax: €1.75 per person/night (from 16 years old) – cash only.
-Pending extras – cash only.
-Remaining rental balance (if applicable) – cash only.
-Security deposit: €500 – card payment only.
The security deposit is refunded approximately 7 days after check-out, following inspection of the property. In case of damages, the corresponding amount will be deducted or additional payment may be requested.

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.
Whenever possible, flexibility with check-in and check-out times will be offered.
