The cozy apartment in Calpe/Calp on the first floor of the building has 2 bedrooms with a capacity for 4 guests.

The room layout of 65m2 offers a bright lounge/dining room with acces to the glassed in terrace, a fiited independent kitchen, a shower bathroom, guest toilette, one double bedroom, a single bedroom with a folding sofa for up to 2 people (children), and a sofa bed in the living room for two people. The large sliding windows can be oppened and offers you an open view of the sourroundings.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, internet (Wi-Fi), 2 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee mashine, kettle, toaster, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, iron and hair dryer. Sun loungers, a parasol and a fitness bicycle are at guests' disposal.

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are supermarkets, many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the public bus stop in 100m walking distance.

The apartment building has an enclosed car parking for residents and guests.

Schöner Urlaub in Calpe

Ein schönes, geräumiges Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, und in direkter Nachbarschaft von Supermärkten. Ein Staubsauger hätte nicht geschadet.
