Spacious Accommodation: The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm, a private bathroom, and a comfortable living room with dining area. The kitchen contains appliances including induction plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The balcony with dining and sitting area. The balcony has an awning and a glass curtain. Leisure Facilities: The apartment includes a flat TV and free Fiber optic WiFi. The urbanization features an open swimming pool for adults and children, with a sunbathing area and sunshades. Additionally: Nearby there are groceries and other shops and restaurants.
