Located in the quiet Carrio neighborhood in Calpe, Casa Bax offers a relaxed Mediterranean getaway designed for comfort, space, and sunshine. With room for up to 8 guests, this single-story villa is ideal for families or friends looking to unwind near the coast – just a 5-minute drive from the golden sandy beaches of Playa la Fustera and La Fossa, as well as restaurants and a supermarket. The charming old town of Calpe is just a 10-minute drive away.



Inside, the villa welcomes you with a bright and airy living room – the true heart of the house. A large, comfortable sofa invites you to relax, while a smart TV, two ceiling fans, and air conditioning (warm/cold) provide comfort year-round. The adjacent open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, Quooker tap with hot and sparkling water, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, toaster, and citrus press. A generous dining table rounds out this sociable living area.



All four bedrooms are located on one level and each are equipped with a double bed, a ceiling fan, a wardrobe, and air conditioning (warm/cold). Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and sink, while the other two share a modern bathroom in the hallway. In total, the villa offers three bathrooms and is therefore practical and comfortable even for larger groups.



In the outdoor area, you will find a spacious, sun-flooded terrace designed for real outdoor living. The private swimming pool measuring 11 x 6 meters (heated upon request, see conditions below) is ideal for cooling off on warm days, while the lounge area invites you to spend long, relaxed afternoons. The covered outdoor kitchen is a special highlight and is equipped with a dining table, gas grill, refrigerator/freezer and sink – perfect for dining outdoors under the Spanish sky.



There is also an outdoor storage shed for bicycles. With free WiFi and ample parking on the property for up to 5 cars, Casa Bax combines comfort, convenience, and an excellent location – everything you need for a carefree holiday in Calpe.



**Pool Heating:**

The pool can be heated upon request from April 1st to November 1st. The cost is €25 per day and begins on the day the pump is turned on.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this house;

2: To avoid fire hazard, charging electric cars at the accommodation is prohibited!

3: The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.

5: You are renting a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but must be refilled by yourself.
