Casa Flamingo is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area, just above the centre of Calpe. The sunny, large plot is completely enclosed, with few steps (from the carport up to the house there are a few steps, from the pedestrian gate the property can be entered at ground level).
In front of the living room there is a terrace with fantastic, wide sea views to the left and right of the landmark of the Costa Blanca, the Penon de Ifach, as well as views of the salt lake of Calpe, Las Salinas with its flamingos. It is a short walk from the kitchen, where you can enjoy an extended breakfast and relax. All rooms in the house are on one level, from the pedestrian gate to the kitchen you can easily and quickly transport your shopping.
The large garden area by the saltwater pool (without chlorine) can be closed off by two garden doors. You can choose shade or sun for a barbecue according to your mood and the time of day and enjoy the sweeping views of the sea. Soak up the sun on the garden loungers by the pool and refresh yourself with a swim in the pool.

2nd : with 2 beds. One 2.00 x 1.50 m, 1 mattress, the other 2.00 x 1.40 m, 2 air conditioning units, ceiling fan. Screen to watch DVDs.
Both bedrooms with air conditioning(s), external blind, anti-mosquito net, grilles. View to the sea.

1st: Bathtub with shower attachment and shower screen, washbasin with vanity unit, mirror, WC, bidet, washing machine.

Separate pool WC on the pool level with WC and washbasin.
Living room: at the house entrance, bright and sunny with large windows. Bar counter with 3 bar stools, 1 three-seater and 1 two-seater sofa as well as 1 armchair, small coffee table, air conditioning, ceiling fan, beautiful sea view towards Penon de Ifach.
Kitchen: separate, with 2 latticed windows, large granite worktop and plenty of storage space in the kitchen cupboards, dining area with round dining table and 6 chairs.
In the hallway upstairs: small games area with roulette, mini table football which can be converted into mini billiards and mini ice hockey.
Sun terrace: in front of the living room with magnificent sea views and views of the Penon de Ifach, equipped with a hanging chair, stone table with 2 stone chairs and a stone bench and a white rattan bench.

Another large sun terrace by the pool.
On the pool side of the house there is a wooden pavilion as an outdoor dining area; with tiled table and 4 stone benches, ceiling fan and charcoal barbecue.
XXL pool: 10 x 5.20 m private saltwater pool, depth: 0.90 x 1.90 m, with Roman steps, interior lighting and outdoor solar shower. The pool area can be closed off with two doors.
Storage room for sun loungers and garden chairs, cushions and various pool toys - next to the outdoor WC at pool level.
Garden: on the pool side beautifully planted with palm trees, cacti and orange trees.
Car/parking: carport, parking on the property.

Gas central heating, 2 x 5 large cylinders, radiators in all rooms. All windows are double glazed and barred, only the large windows in the living room are not barred to enjoy the wide views.
Charcoal barbecue available. Various garden chairs and garden tables, 5 garden loungers, 2 parasols. 1 nursing cushion for babies is available.
Surroundings The villa is quietly located in a purely residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. To the sandy beaches to the left and right of Penon de Ifach: Playa Arenal-Bol approx. 2.6 km, Playa de la Fossa approx. 5.4 km. The picturesque rocky beach Playa Les Bassetes, Calpe, offers diving school, catamarans, paddle surf and 2 restaurants, and is approx. 7 km away. From Playa de la Fossa, a footpath leads along the sea to Playa Les Bassetes and on to Playa la Fustera in Benissa. The marvellous views will remain unforgettable.
In the centre of Calpe, approx. 2.3 km away, there are many shops, cafés and restaurants, and on Saturdays there is a large market with sun-ripened, fresh vegetables and fruit, flowers and clothing.
At the small railway station, approx. 300 m away, you can hop on the slow train and take a trip to Benidorm or the provincial capital of Alicante.
