    Beautiful villa with a private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca). It features four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over two separate floors connected by indoor and outdoor staircases.

    INTERIOR: This charming villa consists of the UPPER FLOOR, which features a living-dining room with satellite TV/DTT and air conditioning. A fully equipped separate kitchen with a ceramic-glass cooktop and dishwasher. Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; and one with two single beds and air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
    The GROUND FLOOR consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower. In addition to accessing the ground floor via an interior staircase, it also has a separate entrance from the outside.

    EXTERIOR: Spacious outdoor area with an 8x4 rectangular pool featuring Roman steps. A built-in barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals and parking for four vehicles on the same lot, as well as a closed garage for two vehicles

    LOCATION: The villa is located just 2.4 km from the sandy beach, as well as all the restaurants and amenities. The nearest supermarket is 1.9 km away, and the centre of Calpe is 2.3 km away.
