"A very welcoming place with friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere, the apartment was very well equipped, a small kitchen but perfectly adequate to make simple meals The swimming pool is gorgeous and the sea is only a few minutes walk away! We did not have a car but I noted there was ample shady parking, nearest station for the train is Pinutu which is by the beach A fabulous base for the beautiful seaside resort of Calvi "

"I found the Calvi Hotel to be very nice. I don't know about others in the area to compare it to. This property is very close to the local beach. The city center is an easy walk. The rooms are clean, and the staff was top notch and eager to help. The breakfast was served from 7 until 11. The quality was way above the average hotel fair. I had to stay in Calvi 2 extra nights and the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating in making arrangement for my extra stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend."

"This is a 4 Star View with 1 Star service! They actually charged me $3 for 5 ice cubes. They made you buy coffee for your room after the second day. And 3 staff at the front desk were quite hostile when I asked if could have use of the fridge rather than it being packed with booze. It was gorgeous for the stunning view of the Citadel and the sea, but petty and grumpy staff. Hopefully Nida finds work in something other than service and then would love to return!"

"A very nice hotel in Calvi. We stayed 2 nights there in order to discover Calvi and make a little side trip with the Corsican Railways (Caminu di Feru a di Corscia) – very recommended! Very nice room, spacious and very clean. The brerakfast was very nice. The hotel has a wonderful small pool."

"We were traveling with our six year old on her birthday and came across this property. We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations. Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water slide about 100 times. Things to note. You have to bring everything down to your hand soap to pool towels. The nice thing is that the store on the property is very reasonably priced and has everything you would need. We would return! "
