- Located in front of the sea and the mountains, 5 minutes from the center, this new fully air-conditioned villa will offer you all the comfort and functionality you want for a most pleasant stay.
The maximum capacity is 8 people.
Fully furnished and furnished with contemporary furniture and decoration, this house has 4 bedrooms each with its closet, TV and its private bathroom, a living room including the kitchen / dining area communicating with the living room and 2 separate toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.
On the terrace, you can enjoy outdoor furniture including 1 table for 8 people, 2 sofa / armchair lounges, deckchairs, the swimming pool and the view of the magnificent Calvi bay and its surrounding mountains.
You will appreciate, thanks to the heated swimming pool, being able to bathe even out of summer season.
