Gorgeous place, in a great location. Loved it!
We had the most brilliant time in this gorgeous house. The views over the valley and hills are beautiful. We loved watching the red kites and also seeing the planes take off and land from above (there are so few of them it is never disturbing). The house is spacious and we loved the style inside and out. The pool is great. a really good size for a family group to have great fun and shady spaces to read and relax. The location was perfect for us, 10 mins drive to Calvi in one direction and Arinella Beach the other and with the pretty town of Lumio in sight and very close. There is nowhere close to walk to to eat or buy food and the road is dark at night, but that was all fine for us. We enjoyed being away from it all and the fact that it was so easy to get to beaches, towns and supermarkets by car whenever we wanted that. Monika and Felipa were both really helpful whenever we needed anything. All in all a really great place and would definitely recommend.

Maison de charme avec quelques mauvaises surprises
Dans un premier temps, la maison est assez difficile d’accès sans 4x4 (et sans google maps), chemin de terre très sinueux. Très jolie maison, toute équipée avec la piscine à 50m, très grande et belle terrasse. Malheureusement, pas pratique lorsqu’il pleut, puisque la maison prend l’eau d’un peu partout (dont une chambre avec sa salle de bain inondée de 2cm d’eau sur tout les sols). Nous avons dû dormir dans le salon pendant 2 nuits. Nous n’avons pas eu de draps de rechange malgré la demande, (heureusement que nous avions emmener des plaid) nos amis ont dormi dans leur sacs de couchage tout le séjour. Nous avons eu du mal à nous faire rembourser la première nuit après beaucoup de relances auprès de la propriétaire. Nous avons cependant passer un bon séjour dans cette maison grâce au beau temps. Philippa la concierge est très accueillante, à l’écoute et réactive. Nous recommandons cette location, lorsque le climat reste chaud et sec.

Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Hundebesitzer. Der Flughafen in der der Nähe stört überhaupt nicht. Filippa die Hausbetreuerin war bei Fragen immer für uns da.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im liebevoll eingerichteten Haus und sehr schönem Garten mit sehr großen Salzwasserpool. Blick über den nahen Flughafen, der aufgrund der Frequentierung aber kaum störend ist. Einkäufe in Fahrradentfernung erreichbar.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens ist nicht störend, auch durchaus interessant. Keine nennenswerte Lärmbelästigung - daher alles bestens. Das Objekt selbst ist zwischen Haus und Pool/Garten getrennt - ca. 200 Meter. Pool/Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und total privat. Toller Pool, schönes und klares Wasser, alles gepflegt. Das Haus ist rustikal und mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet worden. Highlight ist sicher das Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick. Leider ist der "Lack" bei vielen dingen im Haus bereits ab. Viele Schalter ohne Funktion, die Küche funktioniert, hat aber schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Das Schlafzimmer und Bad im ersten Stock ist durch eine enge Wendeltreppe zu erreichen - durchaus sportlich und für kleinere Kinder eher ungeeignet. Unsere Woche in Calvi haben sehr genossen, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in der Vor- oder Nachsaison ist noch in Ordnung.

L'emplacement à 5 min de Calvi est parfait, au calme, malgré l'aéroport de Calvi non loin. Le chemin d'accès en terre est sinueux mais largement praticable! La piscine n'est pas aussi éloignée que je pensais d'après les autres commentaires, peut-être 150m. D'ailleurs l'aménagement extérieur de la piscine est idyllique, les plantes et arbustes très bien entretenus et la décoration est faite avec goût! Les extérieurs de la maison sont magnifiques, différentes petites terrasses, avec de belles fleurs, une belle vue sur les vignes et champs, aucun vis-à-vis. L'intérieur est agréable et suffisamment spacieux, toujours une belle décoration. Clim dans toutes les pièces, c'est agréable. Seuls petits bémols concernant l'entretien général, il y avait plusieurs mobiliers d'extérieur cassés comme un salon de jardin et un grand parasol de piscine (à priori à cause de la tempête d'il y a un mois) et non remplacés ou au minimum enlevés pour ne pas gâcher la beauté du lieu. De plus, quelques finitions sont manquantes comme des interrupteurs détachés, une poignée de porte mal vissée... c'est dommage pour un tel endroit et ça ne prend pas beaucoup de temps à réparer. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Je veux déjà remercier Filipa et sa famille, car ils ont vraiment été top et fort sympathique durant notre séjour. Suite à notre arrivée pas simple après la tempête, pas d'électricité etc....bref ils ont été là. Merci encore à eux. Suite à ces problèmes, merci à Veronica qui à tout m'y en œuvre pour nous trouver un point de chute en attendant le retour de l'electricité.Super point de chute en plus , merci encore, ça c'est très très pro, bravo. Et aussi Katia pour la piscine et pourtant elle avait bcp de travail à cause de la tempête, bref merci à toutes et tous pour çà, ça montre déjà que vous êtes avec des gens de confiance, c'est rassurant Pour la villa , vue sur les montagnes, manques un peu d'éclairage le soir. Aéroport de Calvi en ligne de mire, un peu de bruit d'avion mais c'est pas la fin du monde , c'est un petit aéroport donc ça tourne le Week end et la semaine c'est beaucoup plus calme. La troisième chambres n'a pas d'accès avec le bâtiment principal, il faut sortir de la chambre pour aller à la cuisine, salon, par exemple. Ce n'est pas grave en sois, nous sommes des adultes mais il est bien de le savoir. La maison, les équipements etc... tout est bien, il manque rien, c'est top. Super terrasse , la vue est jolie , c'est calme et cette petite bergerie est vraiment top, c'est reposant , ça déconnecte. La piscine ne me semble pas loin, il y a 30metres mais ça donne un charme, cette espace cosy dans ce cadre de verdure , on a plutôt apprécié. Oui si vous avez des enfants en bas âges , il faut être avec eux bien évidemment, vous ne pouvez pas les laisser seuls sans surveillance, mais aller prendre son café la bas et lire un bouquin , ça à son charme aussi. Séjour super agréable, j'ai trop envi d'y retourner :) Et encore un grand merci à toutes et tous.
