Studio & large garden 200m Calvi beach

We welcome you in this studio with air conditioning of 27 m² for 2 people with possibility of an additional person paying (child-3 years free) which is located in the city center, in a quiet residence on the 3rd floor with elevator.

Close to the beach of Calvi (200m), the city center / port, (500m), shops (100m) and leisure activities (diving, surfing, tennis ...).

Composed of a large living room opening onto a terrace equipped with sea views. The studio has contemporary style furniture, TV / TNT widescreen, a double bed 160/200 cm and a bench / bed 90 / 200 cm, a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, a large closet and storage.

Rent classified 2 * at the tourist office of Calvi - (Casa Orsoni).

You will have access to our large mediterranean garden of 6000m² planted with trees, adjacent to the residence.
Spaces of relaxation in the garden are arranged (barbecue, living rooms of garden, hammocks, deckchairs) to take advantage fully of a preserved nature within the charming seaside city of Calvi. A small herb garden is available (depending on the season).

Calvi airport 7 km, Calvi train station 5 minutes, Ile Rousse ferry terminal 20 km.
