40sqm studio, tasteful and thoughtful.
Your temporary home, the studio, is located in our private cottage - completely separate. With its own sun terrace, 2 sun loungers. A summer shower refreshes in the Mediterranean garden. Living and sleeping areas are designed to be open. A gallery leads to the double bed. On this level you will find the comfortable bathroom with toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet, with bath, shower, washing machine. Below then the kitchen with a dining table by the window, on the right side you can make yourself comfortable on the blue sofa, a pleasant place to watch TV (flat screen). Jackets and coats can be found right behind the glass door in the open wardrobe, for your suitcase content is a large closet with shelves and sliding doors available.
The latest heating technology with infrared on the ceiling awaits you. The open kitchen is equipped with everything one likes to have on vacation: Large fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sep. Oven, coffee maker, kettle, önes crockery, glasses, cutlery, all cooking utensils are available, also sufficient linen and towels (beach towels please bring your own). For alfresco dining, the 18 square meter terrace is right in front of the studio. You can feel very private, because a lush flowering Mimosa and a Benjaminus frame your dining table. In summer, a widely extendable awning protects against direct radiation. You park your car in the parking bay directly at the house.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Die Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick in einen wunderschönen Garten waren ein echtes Highlight.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Ein Auto allerdings unbedingt empfehlenswert.
Die Wohnung ist recht klein, hat aber alles was man braucht.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment - ruhig gelegen
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und reichlich. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, sehr gut durchdacht für den Aufenthalt von Urlaubern. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse und Ausblick. So war Entspannung für Körper und Seele garantiert. Ein Auto ist hilfreich für Ausflüge in hübsche, umliegende Orte oder in die tolle Hauptstadt Palma. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage
Diese Ferienwohnung kann man nur bestens empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. An alles haben die reizenden Gastgeber mit viel Liebe und Geschmack zum Detail gedacht, sowohl in der Küche, als im Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Terrasse, Garten! Es fehlt gar nichts, um den Urlaub in herrlicher Ruhe und Natur zu genießen. Schon bei der Ankunft (spät am Abend) findet man den Kühlschrank mit den passenden Getränken vor und kann gleich genießen. Auch um die Frühstücksgetränke nicht nur am ersten Morgen muß man sich gar keine Sorgen machen. Einfach wunderbar, wenn auch an die kleinste Kleinigkeit gedacht wurde. Da zeigt sich viel Erfahrung und Herz!!! Auch langjährige Mallorcaliebhaber bekommen von den sehr, sehr netten, aber trotzdem zurückhaltenden Gastgebern noch neue Tipps.
Die Nähe zu Palma und den Badebuchten ist natürlich auch ein großer Vorteil, zumal die Verkehrsanbindung sehr, sehr gut ist.

Traumhaftes Studio
Das Studio hat uns absolut überrascht, es liegt ruhig an einem Berghang in Costa de la Calma, ist sauber und gepflegt (was übrigens alle Gäste im Gästebuch bestätigen) hat einen hübschen und großzügigen Garten und lässt was die Einrichtung und Utensilien anbelangt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus mit dem Wohlfühlstudio mehr als nur empfehlen. Kompliment an die Besitzer sowie die Haushälterin "Nadia". Wir kommen wieder in dieses zauberhafte Anwesen. Es grüßt Lilli & Heinz

Entspannte Ferien
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, aber sehr feinen Appartement sehr genossen! Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - an alles ist gedacht! Es ist sauber, gemütlich und angenehm abgeschieden, aber Strand und Ort sind gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist aber von Vorteil! Sehr dankbar waren wir über die Klimaanlage, die uns entspannte Nächte verschaffte, während es Hitze und eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit draußen hatte! Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub - sehr zu empfehlen!
