    Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, in the heart of a lush forest perfect for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV (connection sharing via your mobile only).



    Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.



    Enjoy your private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower are ideal for relaxing. For active guests, there’s a playground, ping-pong table, billiards, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



    Pets are welcome (except category 1 dogs) and must be kept on a leash. Parties are not allowed. Shared parking on-site for one car per unit. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



    You can rent mountain bikes on-site for half or full days. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in shared areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for keeping your pet clean in the accommodation and common areas.
