"The carpets in the room and reception area had stains and should’ve been vacuumed. Breakfast buffet is favourite end of average quality. Staff super friendly and helpful with some level of English. The beach is clean close this hotel but about 200 m on either side, unbelievably polluted with plastic float some. No water sports are available and swimming only in secured areas in the ocean due to under currents. There is no city nearby so don’t expect any city life. "

"Mia is a a luxurious resort with comfortable rooms and good amenities, however it is quite isolated - fine if you plan to stay there 100%, but inconvenient if you want to explore Nha Trang city. The buffet breakfast is adequate and of good quality, but lacking compared to its competition. The pools and private beach are excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful, but nowhere near as passionate or engaging as at other nearby competitors. Although Mia focuses on being eco-friendly, for a premiem priced resort their rooms are in need of some basic improvements like sealing all doors and windows to prevent insects getting inside. Mosquito nets are included around the beds, however that shouldn't be required for a 5-star resort. Sound-proofing of their (most expensive) 1-bedroom Cliff Villas should be prioritised, or at least adding a barrier|wall along the roadside opposite them, given how loud the trucks driving past are all night. Still a high quality resort and experience but needs a few improvements to stay competitive with other offerings in the area and Nha Trang."

"Loved everything except the beach was very dirty with lots of garbage. Likely not much the resort could do with it washing up but definitely could have cleaned it up more often. Long way to get a drink from beach with no waiters serving the beach area. Loved the room and the view and the food was good. "

"The resort was beautiful a the apartment was amazing. The clean my room service could use some improvements as one time we had not towels and we ended up running out of body wash. They didn’t leave much for two people. Also we couldn’t use the spa voucher as it was always booked. There was one time where the lifeguards allowed a family with small children at the adults only pool which was rather annoying but the place was beautiful "

"Overall a great hotel that lets itself down when it comes to looking after the beachside - I can’t understand why staff aren’t allocated to sort out the plastic and waste on the beach that’s clearly from hotel guests. Such a shame to see. Enjoyed great food at the Tropicana restaurant and breakfast was varied and high quality."

"The hotel is modern and clean, well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The exception are lifeguards at the beach. The rules of the hotel: guests are allowed to use the swimming pools and beach (as it is owned by hotel) only from 6 am to 6 pm. When I tried to swim after 6 pm even it was not dark and no waves, the life guards yelled, whistled and used sirena. We did not drink, good swimmers and careful. Very unpleasant experience: first time in our many trips that we were not allowed to use beach and pools after 6 pm. The question is: what to do in their hotel after 6 pm considering that the hotel is located 40 min drive to city? Their entertainment in the evening was also poor. The food in the buffet was not great. Even the hotel is "all included", the restaurant was not included. guests need to pay extra. The hours of buffet operation were limited: no food after 8:30 pm. Conclusion: the price (more than 1600 CAD for 8 nights) did not match the quality of the service."
